Awesome quick light meal near universal studio, fresh rice balls and tasty miso soup.
Tried the eel and shiso onigiri and the miso soup. Not bad but prefer the miso soup. Only need to top up 250 yen for the soup if order onigiri. Quite a lot of stuff in the soup.
A small cute Onigiri shop outside Universal. The onigiris were great, especially the one with eel and shiso leaf, perfect combo with the hot miso soup. It definitely hit the spot after a long day of walking around the park. A perfect way to end your day.
Delicious and warm freshly made onigiri! After a day of very mediocre and expensive food inside Universal Studios Japan, it was amazing to stumble upon such an authentic eatery filled with comforting foods, right by the exit of USJ. The salmon and salmon roe onigiri, mackerel onigiri, spam ball, and fully-loaded miso pork and vegetables soup were our favourites. It fed our family of 4 for around £15!
Food was fantastic! Tuna mayo, ikura, pork belly, beef...all were great. The big ball, was easy to eat and filling. But I love my rice so I had 2 onigiris. Must get for a good take away.
